This puts your messaging and contact information right in their inbox as a reminder of the personal conversation. The email can be “from” whoever is appropriate, their sales rep, you, or a customer service rep. You design the messaging to reinforce the goals of the campaign.

The lead includes all of the robust contact information that was collected on the respondent: their visit duration, survey answers, and so on. You get real-time indicators of campaign activity.
